University...
I'm currently in the graduate program for Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, Riverside. My main interest in the field is Databases. A long-time hobby of mine is large computer systems and management. Recently, I have been researching the application of datamining to developing useful User Interfaces. User Interfaces are an area with a tremendous potential for improvement, but the initiative to improve them appears absent in the current user experience paradigm. So, welcome to the school-side of my life...
I reveived my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCR (The University of California, Riverside). We get a nicely well-rounded education. At UCR the CS&E major really is an engineering major (with all the physics, and math to back it up). I've enjoyed most of my classes - no complaints. I wish I had more time free, but hey! ... anyway =)
